How does he compare to Agu?
How does he compare to Agu?
Not very comparable as far as position goes. Kanu is being recruited 3T and Agu was a Vyper. As far as ratings and expected impact, Kanu rated much higher than Agu.
Long term ceiling is comparable. Agu's a longer Julian Okwara. Hero's a... Hmmmm... a twichier Rylie Mills?
Both are raw, though Kanu's been playing in Germany for a while whereas Agu just picked up the game.
I think Hero offers more versatility. Can play the big end and be a nose in pass rush/3rd down situations.
More versatility than Agu or Mills?

He's rocking the ND visor... he's already committed imo
I read someplace where he was complaining about the heat and said Notre Dame reminded him of his village in Germany.
As they sprechen in Deutschland... Say Bay

Then he’ll appreciate the weather up there by the end of August. If he isn’t too big into heat I hope he comes down south like today! He will certainly change his mind if there’s any legitimate interest. My concern is that USC may be more favorable year round, or so I’ve heard.
Western US about 10 degrees above normal this summer. Come to Northern Indiana for a more temperate climate, Hero.

Seattle's the closest weather to what he's used to in Bavaria and his buddy Maurice Heim is there. Shhhhhhhhh!
Bobby, are you still sticking with the BM-2???
Any updates??
I still like the fit and circumstances. My Orange Co. guys think the same as they did Williams.
That said, Ohio St folks think they lead even though the variable are not in their favor. IF IF that's true right now, ND has time to catch up with Elston/Freeman and gameday vs SC will be the most impactful gameday experience he'll have.
Oct 16 - OU Homecoming vs TCU. Lame
Oct 23 - ND vs SC. Two schools in his Top 10 - Pray for fantastic weather.
Oct 30 - OSU vs PSU - OSU's second big recruiting game of the season after the Oregon game. There'll be plenty of hype for the biggest B1G home game but will the game be good?
Is OSU spanking PSU a plus here? - Pray for 3 straight days of torrential rain and tornadoes from the remnants of Hurricane Siobahn and some gun play out front of his host, Garrett Haskell's crib.
Nov 6 - GA vs Mizzou - Lame
OV #5 - We'll see. Everyone you'd worry about has offered. Surprised he didn't take Oregon @ Washington on Nov 6.
He'll see some SC home games but their home schedule blows:
SJSU, Tree, Ore St, Utah, AZ, UCLA, BYU. Yuck.
