He gone.

Took off all ND stuff off of his Twitter.

Just followed Hayes Fawcett, the edit maker.

Followed SC right before that. . . just sayin.

But he was 1000 percent committed....

Damn that sucks so bad. When he committed (pretty out of the blue) people on reddit we’re guessing that it might not stick. Quote was: “He was all but committed to Minnesota until he wasn’t. And then he was all but committed to VT until he wasn’t“. If he does flip to SC, I wouldn’t be shocked if that isn’t his final landing place either. Hopefully we can recruit him back into the fold before a decommit occurs though.

Too bad, but if he doesn’t want ND then he shouldn’t be there. There’s plenty of guys out there and even though I like him as a prospect, he’s not even close to irreplaceable. Have fun losing to ND every year!

You think that is why we're going after Theran...the NW commit???,

Clemson has 0 DB commits. Highly doubt he'd flip from ND to USC to be their 6th DB commit instead of Clemson. Clemson is the one I'd be worried about.

A lot of Michigan follows recently too.

Awesome news.......... but am I the only one that feels like this is going to be a short-term relationship? Like as soon as someone else shows him love he will stop responding in the 2021 ND group chat. Call me a pessimist but dems the vibes I get here. Don’t mean any disrespect toward the kid at all and hope he stays though.
This ones for the Koonja.

I guess I would have probably had him high on the likely list. I also was thinking the Tehran Johnson offer was interesting with the number of DBs/current class size plus existing likely recruits.

I did like Riley's game.

Ugh, that sucks. I really liked him as part of the class. Very bizarre situation since we just had a Rivals ND guy down to see him.

However, I do think he might have already grown more into S than CB. Maybe that matters with Johnson potentially coming into the fold.

So if he decommits and ND takes Johnson, do they still go after a 5th DB or MTA?

Such a strange year for recruiting...

I wasn't sold on him when he committed, then I was...don't know what to think.

Didn't he talk to an ND student?

Our DB recruiting certainly leaves something to be desires outside of Kyle Hamilton. Clarence Lewis looks good but a player of his star rating could easily have never seen the field.

I actually like what Mickens is doing with the DBs. Barnes is a stud and chance tucker offers a ton of upside. If Johnson flips that is also another playmaker.

So you don't like the recruiting of Clarence Lewis? He's our best freshman CB since Kevarie Russell. His rating doesn't mean squat-he was obviously underrated and we found him.

That's nothing to complain about.

Mickens showed up and basically landed everybody he offered after taking the job
