So, "rumors" around the internet are saying that Cincinnati knew about Sorsby's gambling issue before the 2025 season and decided to leak this after he decided to transfer.

Someone check Mensah’s DraftKings account

Play stupid games, get stupid prizes. And the stupid game isn’t gambling, it isn’t transferring, it isn’t NIL. It’s Tech/Sorsby not just paying a buyout and moving on.

To clarify

Was menash accused of gambling too or just the nil from Miami thing?

Indiana and TT with the same strategy of not scheduling anyone with a pulse OOC. At least IU is in a good conference. I’m a CFB sicko like u guys and idk if I’ll see a TT game until the playoffs. They may go undefeated with or without Sorsby.

Exactly. Sorsby owes $1 million buyout and refused to pay. Someone with better Twitter skills than me can pull up the press releases from his (very poor) representatives where they essentially asked Cincinnati to waive the buyout because they "asked nicely" and Cincinnati wouldn't. Sorsby also transferred to TT kind of late when they struck out on other transfers (Leavitt comes to mind).

And just like last year, they’ll get their doors blown off when they play someone outside of the paper tiger Big 12.

Not sure how you would fact check this. If this is even half true, thats crazy that many people have shot themselves in the foot.

There’s two sides. Players are looking but so are teams. There’s a phrase in travel ball… “if you can’t coach, poach.” Sometimes players are recruited but don’t produce, it’s easier to poach then to coach. Or just flood your program with freshmen and you have a year to evaluate then trim the fat.

How many of that 62% or 73% would have retired, anyway, but instead were trying for one last Hail Mary opportunity?

How many were not allowed to return to their team, due to some factor that ultimately made them retire?

It's worthless commentary without context.

Meh, at least for D3. They have no roster limits and sports is basically how most schools attract students.
