If Lambert is out long term, I think for once spring lineups will tell a lot. If Jagusah trots out there at OT next week after they’ve been saying he’s best at OG for 2 weeks, will be quite obvious. If not, Knapp’s spot.
I don't entirely disagree, but I also have a hard time trading Knapp in the line up for Sullivan Absher, regardless of how good Absher might be.

It didn't sound like they were locked in to having Lambert start at LT, since he was practicing at RT behind Wagner.

That tells me they were likely going to stick with Knapp at LT and Jagusah at guard. Maybe Lambert pushes for time, but if the injury is significant, the speculation probably ends here.

Can't think of anything wrong with these:

A. Knapp // Schrauth // Craig // Jagusah // Wagner --- Abshur first man in, plus several other studs
B. Jagusah // Schrauth // Craig // Knapp // Wagner --- Abshur first man in, plus several other studs
C. Jagusah // Schrauth // Craig // Abshur // Wagner --- Knapp first man in, plus several other studs.

Sky ain't falling'. (I genuinely feel bad for any ND guy injury --- and for sure Lambert --- though.)

Prescod was making noise too so he could slide in as a good depth piece at Tackle

Sounds like they’ve worked a lot on match and zone coverage in the spring to see how much they wanna mix in the fall with man

I wonder if Eli will ever be able To return to his pre-ACL athleticism. Definitely a little less twitchy than he was But still can be a very effective Target.

From II, sounds like Angeli was far better in 7 on 7 but struggled behind a patchwork OL that was dominated by DL in scrimmage. Carr was impatient at times in both but made plays in the scrimmage. Minchey about the same

I get the sense that Angeli just doesn't have the mobility to make the offense work in the same way as Minchey/Carr do (but especially Minchey).
