Showed Jalen Wiggins a terrific time.

More confident in Faraimo than NOB.

Feels good about Meadows flipping; close to putting in a pick for Wiggins to flip. Farraimo is probably going to pop for ND; NOB is probably a Michigan lean.

Parham and James will come to ND; James likey the first.

Those guys (minus NOB) would get us to 277 points on 247, which would have been the 8th ranked class last year.

With the current rankings, it would give a 247 Composite of 277.61 (the highest of the Freeman era and highest since 2013), though would also finish with a 90.80 average ranking (the lowest of the Freeman era, though still better than all of Kelly's classes post-2013).

This isn’t sour grapes but my logic in wanting Faraimo over NOB:

Poly kids tend to follow Poly kids. Bring all the Poly kids to ND.

Faraimo has a higher floor than NOB whereas NOB has a higher ceiling.

Tulane thinks he sticks with them. ND really likes him but may take only 1 of Meadows/Parham

Jamie and Mike from ISD said they botched the WR board over the summer, so it wouldn't be surprising to see them do it again.

In the summer, the staff was targeting four WRs. Perhaps five if the right guy wanted to come along, and that guy we all knew to be was Meadows.

I don't understand why that would change now. Unless ND doesn't want to take too many "raw, athletic, toolsy, measureable" guys in one class. Richardson is already there. Parham + Meadows would both fit that category, and Bettis Jr is kind of much of the same - great measureables, but limited in terms of development.
