2) the rankings wont get all sorts of shuffled to create matchups/brackets they want (avoid or create rematches)

Further on pt 2 - they would make sure we don't get Georgia bama for a third time unless natty.
Getting a aTm/ND rematch after that being on of the better games of the year with narrow margin
