I agree that PSU seems to suck and would definitely pick ND over them. But if they end up losing a close game to OSU at home and that is compared to our close loss to NIU at home, I have to assume the committee will favor PSU...

Penn State has Washington, Purdue, Minnesota, and Maryland. All games they will be favored.and should win. They also most likely won't play in the Big 10 championship as it is looking like OSU/Indiana will play Oregon, barring upsets. So guessing PSU is in unless they complete choke...

I don't think the committee bases their rankings on who has the most quality loss. Who they beat matters more, our wins are much more meaningful than theirs right now. The Big 10 being pretty weak this year doesn't help them.
