Don’t see high D1 arm talent here unfortunately. Would be curious to see Puglisi throw bc obviously Bama and UGA see something in him.

Definitely thought Puglisi stood out over Merklinger or Surace. Not to hate in the kid because he didn’t rank himself but Merklinger’s On3 ranking is a joke. They have him as the #2 QB and #15 overall. Giant outlier. Not justifiable by anything in his film. There’s always something to throwing a catchable ball that there really is no other way to describe it but that and I think Puglisi has it.

He comes from an academics first household and is the top student in his class. Apparently he never played football until last year, and he went to a prestigious catholic elementary/middle school. He's the #2 OT on the 247 composite. His teammate, Boubacar Traore, will be recruiting him to join him at ND.

Certainly Lambert being a quick and easy move would be the hope like Traore. If HH can land Lambert and flex his PA roots for Jones, combined with the 2023 class being 5 guys, the 4 person long big board starts to make quick sense.

Priskorn is the jewel. With Carr on board you'd think ND has a great chance.

I hit the ‘24 class calculator and put together a very conservative class, (so no Wingo or Rushing).
I did give ND Justin Scott & Peyton Woodyard.
I did just 3 OL but 2 TEs. You could do 4 and 1, same difference.
I didn’t add guys like Mylan Graham because he has no score yet, so put Jason Robinson in his place (solid 4 Star).
But with only 23 commits, the score was over 307. So with two more commits or a tweak here or there, it could be over 310.
310 is in the #1-2 range discussion most years. ND could add another RB, DL, or OL to this to get to the 25 number.

Here is the ‘24 class I used, not as a prediction, just as an example for points.
