This is a fair assumption. Step 1 is this cryptic post. Step 2 is some tier 6 “journalist” like Malik leaks the name. Step 3 is the other school is able to calm the situation before the visit can take place.

Re: the last few posts - This is where I do feel bad for Loy. Everyone (including people who get his info for free here without paying a subscription) wants to know everything that's going on behind the scenes, and then get mad if he holds anything back, but on the other hand if we hear that Loy has leaked something the staff wanted to be secret, everyone gets pissed.

And the common response is something like "If he can't say the name he shouldn't have said anything," which totally ignores the reality of his job. His job is to report everything he can that would be of interest to his subscriber base, with the soft obligation to not obstruct the coaching staff (and his sources) from closing deals. If he does that, he gets clicks, and gets to keep his job.

No idea if it’s Stokes but Nease plays in a pretty good conference outside of Jacksonville. Coached there for a few years. Talent got split up with new schools & zones being built in the area.

Pretty sure Stokes is a cringy SoundCloud rapper, and he handled his recruitment with PSU in a less than classy way. His senior year has been very disappointing. Now obviously I'd take a four star commit over no one in 23 and beggars cant be choosers blah blah, but personally hoping it's someone else.

I agree with most of this but he also shouldn’t get annoyed when people ask for more and feel the need to circle back and repeatedly say be patient then. Post and log off.
