What's a good track time for a safety? He recently ran a 10.95 and appears to have a season best of 10.90.

Not a Safety but a reasonable comp. Tobias Merriweather, for example, was running 10.9 100's as a Senior.

Talich is on UND.com's 2024 roster so he's back for another semister. Can't imagine he doesn't have a scholarship by now.
