I know we should be aiming higher than this, but I'm just hoping we hold on to everybody else that's currently committed. Everything else is icing on the cake.

Caleb Williams would be a game changer for USC, no doubt. Probably wouldn't effect Malachi Nelson but then there's Slovis, Dart and Miller Moss. Can't see more than one of those guys sticking around to compete with Williams. And they won't get the other kid from Utah who just decommitted so if we are looking for a QB in the portal or otherwise there's some options here.

We might as well resign ourselves to USC having a superstar at QB as long as Riley is there. Doesn't mean we can't beat them, but its going to be 42-40 type games in all probability.

I think the QB from Utah committed to Ohio State now.

I've learned to set my expectations low because I hate disappointment but I expect this group of coaches to put in as much work as any group.

We saw Freeman recruiting as a DC at ND. Now he's recruiting as the head coach. There will be an intensity that Thor himself couldn't muster.

Don't know if there is anything to this, but he really seems to be struggling to find his spot at OSU his first two years. 14 rec/125 yds. Seems reasonable to me that he might look to the portal.

IDK. I'm a PA guy that had to play his High School (absolute powerhouse Southern Columbia) every year we made a playoff run. Lots of my friends and family were really encouraging him to go to ND, and presently are as well, based on his character and what would most benefit him long-term. He's one of those players that I think a transfer to ND would work on a lot of levels. But I have no insider information and I don't want to start any rumors.

Pretty awesome to be able to follow those flight tracker things. Clearly an offensive day today for Tommy Rees. Not sure who else was on the plane with him but they covered 3 very important guys in one day. Amazing what a private jet can do in recruiting
