Yes, but FSU looks like pure trash. i dropped in for a few FSU possessions. So many mistakes/errors. Stupid penalties, bad snaps, bad QB decisions/INT, WR drops, targeting, skirmishes, etc.etc...... and all those occurred in just 6 or 7 plays while the other game I was watching was at commercial lol.

A lot of that is on slick Willie Taggart.

I've said as much in the FSU gameday thread and folks are all "Well, this game scares me because FSU has talent and they'll put it together." No, no they fuckin won't.

Some of this is on Taggart, but Fisher really screwed them in recruiting, too. They had highly rated classes, but the recruited talent level was skewed towards the skill players. They are garbage at OL and LB. They have some skill players and their DL is probably one of their strongest pieces, but they are a very bad team.

If Clemson scores on their 1st possession of the 2nd half and go up 35-0, FSU players will basically quit. Clemson might drop 50 today. Watch.

that game will be a great opportunity for the committee to compare us to Clemson. If Clemson crushes them in FL, and we struggle at home in our weather, the optics would be horrible.

It's not a hyperbole to say that FSU may have the worst O-Line in FBS. They're awful at run blocking and even worse in pass pro, making the offense as a whole a completely disjointed mess.

that's the only thing i'm concerned with. i do think our OL will improve in the next two games. at minimum i believe they are talented and are capable of improving. i think Book's quick release minimizes the FSU DL to an extent, and their LBs will get used.

Regardless of who is playing QB, is it fair to say Wisky was overrated this season?

I was hopeing Wisky’s physicality would leave NW beat up for next week’s game vs ND, but I’ve seen more Wisky players helped off the field than NW.

FSU playing in weather under 30 degrees is a +7
FSU OL and LBs suck

If we can't beat them by at least 14 at home, while Clemson is beating them by 56 in FL with 11+ to go, we don't belong in the CFP conversation with the likes of Clemson and other teams.

I'm sure NW will feel it next week, but I think ND will too.
I thought NW was going to be pretty good before the season started. I think they are finally playing up to their potential. But yes, Wiscy is one dimension as hell.
