That is what I was just saying to my wife. Bama hasn't played a really good team all year. LSU isn't that good IMO and playing all those soft teams didn't prepare them to play Georgia. They may be the best team in the country but if they lose today, I will be shocked if the committee puts them in over ND. ND earned their spot. Clemson, if they win tonight, has earned their spot. Georgia has earned their spot with a win over Bama. And because they avenged their only loss on the season, I think OU has earned their spot. Yeah it sucks for Bama and OSU but OSU has a very bad loss to Purdue and Bama doesn't have the resume that the undefeated teams and OU and UGA have.

Only Alabama gets that break. I'm not sure what voodoo Saban has worked but Alabama is not only the most talented and best coached team in CFB, they are the luckiest. They make the Patriots look like the Vikings or pre-2016 Cubs in terms of luck by comparison.

And thats why the call on the field should've stood. If uts 50/50 here, it makes sense that it wasn't clear enough to overturn. It must be irrefutable evidence to overturn. You say it looked like he had it, I say it was moving and not a clear possession.
