But what does 'specifically stated the 4 being suspended' mean? They're definately out for Rice?

OK, just trying to understand if he specifically said the 4 suspended will be out for Rice, or if he's saying all things considered (4 currently suspended plus injuries), not everyone's going to be ready for Rice.
