Date: April 20, 2013 – 1:30 PM ET
Tickets: On sale March 6 – 8:30 AM ET
Tick Prices: $12 for adults (general admission) / $15 on game-day

Granted we won't see anything spectacular or revealing but I'm still looking forward to it.

I'm looking forward to:
see how Kiel has developed and if he has the potential to take the lead spot
the Bryant/Folston combo
development of the secondary
Tuitt and Jaylon? That's sick.
any action really from this bada** class.

I hate to disappoint you but Im pretty sure Jaylon, Bryant, Folston and all the non EE freshman wont be on campus until summer.

That being said, Im pumped for it too!

Ah yeah that makes sense, my mistake.

I'm really excited to see Amir. I think he'll end up grabbing the starting job and being a big time contributor.

You're right. I jumped the gun in my excitement after reading a few articles on this class (so embarrassed)but seeing some abilities/potential of the EE's will be interesting. I read that Kiel has a faster 40 than Golson. Oh how the press will love another QB contraversery.

I'm going to be in Chicago from 13-17. Who the hell doesn't make a week-long conference last until Saturday?!!

Looks like I'm missing this game again.

I'll be there.

Looking forward to seeing the ILB's and how they play.

Koyack/Welch/Niklas ---- Heurman

The development of Golson.

Neal in the offense now.

Forget if they do punt returns in the game but looking forward to that if they have the personnel on campus to set it up.

Amir Carlisle is gonna break out in this game and cement himself as the lead back in 2013...Book it! Will be good to see Zaire get the 2nd half like Kiel did last year but they need to dump that running clock, its super lame...lets the kids play!

Good call.

Inside linebacker is a big spot to fill

Diaco said that Grace was a werewolf, and I would tend to believe it.

Moore has shown the hit stick, but can he cover?

I would also throw Badger out there as well.

Safety is a crowded spot this upcoming season, especially with the talent we have coming in

I will be there, with my family and a few friends. I am interested in seeing the overall attitude of the team. Do they come back with a workman like attitude? Do they come back with a chip on their shoulder? Does the offense take another step forward? Do I ever stop asking questions, for god sake it is only a spring game?

Seriously, I would like to see a list of those enrolled but out for spring. Fox, shoulder? Collinsworth, out or back? Definitive word on Hagerty? Tate, subluxing patella and finished or not? Someone else had a shoulder tightened. How is Amir's ankle? How about Chase?

I want to see a bunch of the guys in multiple positions, accomplish unbelievable football feats during the Blue-Gold game, so we have much controversy to speculate and debate about. We need something to keep us going.

Hegarty will be full go for practice/workouts starting March 15. Bennett Jackson had shoulder surgery and I am pretty sure Collinsworth will be full go. Other than that there isn't much info out. Expect those other questions to be addressed when Kelly has his pre spring presser.

Never been to a spring game, but I'm hoping to make the drive down this year. What are the differences in the set up from a regular game? The difference in the campus and during the game and such.

Well the game is the 20th, so hopefully that will be late enough so we have good weather. '10 sucked; and last year wasn't very good either. The right year the trees are in blossom, the campus is beautiful. Usually you get to see players around campus, and walking to the stadium. The game isn't really a game; it is more of a scrimmage, but the bookstore is opened and there is usually a place that sells beer. Oh, and you can park in the library parking lot! More info closer to game day.

Can't wait. I'll definitely be there. Love the quick jaunt over from Chicago for some spring-time tailgating!

The Blue-Gold Game is pretty much watching them practice in the stadium. I think there is usually about 20,000 people there(seats 88,000). It's probably like going to a home game for a MAC team. If you have been to a regular Notre Dame game, you will notice the difference immediately.

Maybe there could be more people this year because we are coming off such a great year. If I were you, I would go. I will be there

I've been to several regular games over the past few years, but no matter how early I get I never get thru what I want to on campus. Hell I've been in the book store, watched the player walk, followed the band to the stadium, TD Jesus, and that may be about it. I'm hoping to fill this trip with a little more site seeing.

I don't know if there is much more to see. Go visit the Basilica and the Grotto if you haven't seen those two

It's a great experience, especially if you have never been to one. The 2013 Shirt would be just coming out. It's a nice opportunity and a little preview of what to expect in the Fall

I would like to make it to both as I've seen neither, and just more time around campus in general to take in the scenery. Should be much easier being less crowded.

Ok for all those that have been before, is it a 'family' environment to the point my 2 1/2 year old would be ok?

If any game is child friendly it is definitely the Blue-Gold game. It has everything a real game would have except it won't be as crowded and you won't have drunks all around you and your little one
