Here is a list of the official visits for 2010. We'll keep this is a running thread anytime anyone wants the info. If there are any more names out there that aren't on the list feel free to post.

The USC game sure seems to be popular LOL!

BTW, per NCAA rules, ND is allowed to give 56 official visits out per year. That includes the football banquet, which always attracts a few recruits who were unable to make it during the year due to their own scheduling conflicts with h.s. football...

good call on a visits thread NDinLA. ISD is starting to be one of my favorite recruiting sites, offers a bit more than scout and rivals IMO.

I was trying to update this thread last night, but I couldn't find it! Thanks for finding it, and I'll add to the list some of the names I've been reading about shortly...

Updated for all the lost data due to server being down, and also for Andrew Hendrix's 3 visits he plans on taking to ND (only one will be an OV)...

Dude, I swear I wrote it in the Riley thread, and it's not there! Anyways, he told ISD it's set in stone...

An underrated aspect of the recruiting official visits is how many underclassmen visit during certain games. Many times, recruits from a future class will visit, on their own dime, to check out a school. For example, a 2011 recruit who ND will most likely offer on Sept first from OH named Doran Grant visited last year, as a sophomore, for the Pitt, and loved the atmosphere at the game. He's looking to unofficially visit this year for...the USC game. Trey Pettis, O-linemen from FL who ND will offer on the 1st, will also come to the USC game as a jr. My favorite '11 recruit, S/DB Wayne Lyons of FL, he of the 4.86 GPA, is also trying to set up a visit for......the USC game.

So that USC game, and others to an extent, is VITAL to not only this year but the future of the program. Win 10 games this year and CW keeps his job and the football program gains stability and momentum. Beat USC, in front of all those senior AND junior (and sophomore???) studs, and win 11 games, and the football program becomes something to reckon with again. Lose more than 3 games, and its back to hell for us LOL...

Beau Allen will be at the BC game

He told all the ND recruiting guys that's the plan, but it's not set in stone yet. He's also visiting Wisconsin for the Wisconson-Wofford game LOL. Should be a hoot...

Updeted for CB Tony Hurd out of Texas. He's kept his recruiting pretty quiet, so it's a good thing to be getting an OV from (for Mich St.)

How is the kid NDinLA? Is he a good recruit who just keeps things quiet who happens to be under the radar and therefore Texas didn't get to or is he second tier or what? Does his recruitment have anything to do with Shaw and his infatuation with tOSU?

High 3 star on Rivals and Scout. He grew up a FL fan, but never got an offer (At FL, if you don't run a 4.3 they won't even look at you LOL). He's a solid prospect, not a difference maker in the 'experts' eyes...
