Go ahead and name 10 more good WRs in NFL history who were 5’9” or shorter

There’s a reason your example was a guy who retired almost 10 years ago.
The following are 5'10 or shorter:

Antonio Brown, Julian edelmen, desean Jackson, Tyler lockett, ty Hilton, our very own golden Tate, Randall cobb (still balling), Steve smith, jaylen waddle, Tyreek hill

Slot receiver was probably always Tyree's best spot, he gets to utilize his speed in space to make plays.

This is what all of us envisioned with Chris but he simply is not a dynamic playmaker in the open field. He might be able to run fast in a straight line but he really struggles to make defenders miss

Your argument doesn't stack up. Tyree was a respectable 23rd in the country in yards per catch among all receivers with at least 15 receptions. Merriweather was just ahead of him in that category, but he also had half the yards and catches. He also returned a Punt for a TD again this season. We've had more dynamic players, but to say he's not is just silly.

Tyree seems like a good guy, switched positions for the good of the team, worked very hard, and stayed four years.

I’m very glad has was Irish.

However everyone, including Chris, is a little disappointed in his play.

Again, he averaged about 2 catches and 40 yards per game. And averaged a receiving TD once every 4 games. It's sad that we think that's good.

It's not elite, but it was more than any other player on this team and we're losing that production with no guarantee yet it'll get replaced with something better. 🤷‍♂️ He was the most consistent among the WRs and the most productive overall, and you're acting we'll be better for him leaving. Obviously we won't know about that till next season. I hope our guys take the next step and exceed expectations next season, but it's been a historically bad position group for awhile.

I detest the city itself and the institution... but damn the breweries and wineries in the Charlottesville area are incredible, and Bodo's Bagels are prime. It's not a campus, Mr. Jefferson referred to it as the Grounds.... Oh I'm not a Junior, I'm a third year, Mr. Jefferson believed that education was a lifelong process... Needless to say during my FRESHMAN year at ND I was fortunate enough to get to watch the ND-UVA game with the Kizer-Fuller Touchdown in the student section. Those UVA dorks were chirping me all game about how UVA's Law school was higher ranked than ND's and how the Mendoza School of Business is inferior to UVA's and the MBA at UVA is better than what you'd get at Mendoza lol.

Boasting about graduate school rankings, yikes...

What don't you like about Charlottesville or UVA, though? I have heard UVA has largely devolved from its core values and fundamental principles of academic freedom and has caved and embraced woke-ism.

Yeah definitely not a guarantee, but I expect Faison and Greathouse to take big jumps and it'll be nice to have a healthy J. Thomas back. And I like Mitchell. Hoping we can get another good transfer
