Definitely high on the list of DB’s. Hopefully we can make a significant impression during his visit.

In his top 2 per the ISD interview. Watts and Kimber would be pretty incredible. Keep the fingers crossed.

I have no clue what goes through kid's minds but there is no way academics can be important when a kid picks Oklahoma. I know each person will put in their own effort and it might be possible to get a good education, but when Oklahoma has one of the worst grad rates for players, especially African American players, don't act like academics had anything to do with the decision.

Academics has a lot to do with the decision. Not having to be bothered with it, that is.

This. Hard to tell what a kid actually means when he says academics are important.

TBH, this is somewhat subjective. IMO opinion, the kids that really do place academics as important as FB and look at life after football when making their decision is fairly low. Kids that pick a school like OU with poor graduation rates are probably thinking, "Yeah it would be nice to have a degree" and it doesn't go much past that.

or is it, i want to "make sure i cant flunk while playing" - academics are important.
