Blair Angulo who covers the Rockies has him CB'd to BYU. Stanford hasn't offered yet.

I didn't see any pass pro on his film. His HS lines up a lot of 7 man fronts and he lines up at RT or sometimes as a RG.

On campus today with Tosh Baker & Paris Johnson. That's a lot of talent. I'd have to search the archives to see if ND's ever had a better crop of OT's on campus at the same time. It's good to be 12-0.

Another BYU cb came in today. I know he's from Colorado, but is he mormon or have family ties to BYU? I couldn't name one o-lineman in the NFL that went to BYU and he sure as hell isn't going to win anything at BYU. If he doesn't have some for of ties with the school, this is a weird one to me considering the offers he holds.

I guess it's similar to test driving a Lambo knowing you aren't going to buy it. If he ends up taking his mission straight out of HS, he'll be a big get (no pun intended) physically & strength wise when he gets on campus. That's assuming he's hitting the weights and eating right those two years.

If he adamant about taking his trip, then more power to him. The staff seems to have done a great job finding their targets and going after them (Baker, Christ, Rosengarten, Zinter, etc.). If he's a legit 6'8", that seems to be a difficult height to play guard.

I think people might as well get on board with Kevin Pyne cause he’s basically coming to ND barring something crazy. ND could do a lot worse than a 6’8” OT with 28 FBS offers. Yes I think Christ and Baker id prefer but if Pyne’s in the class then it isn’t the worst thing in the world to happen.

Pyne’s film is woeful for a guy his size. I wouldn’t be to disappointed if he chose elsewhere

Hope they convince him to come in 2020 or 2022 instead of going to BYU. Christ and Gentry are massive, massive dudes. Also, Tosh Baker got a massive jump on Rivals and I think soon you'll see Christ, Baker, and Gentry all in .9400 to .9800 composite ratings from all of the sites. Those dudes are wanted by everyone.

He didn’t include him in his way too early best guess and I’m wondering if it because the board has changed. I think Atteberry is more coveted post visit. Skoronski on campus this weekend. Zinter now being pursued more heavily. Seems like there could be some guys that have moved ahead of Gentry.

I dont think of it as up against Atteberry, per se. But, 2 OT’s/1 inside/1 BPA could make that decision a reality.
