Hope its a typo. Hes shifty and honestly could probably be a decent punt returner but I'd rather not see it happen lol. And surprised to even see Floyd listed there also....

Or he's just concerned about winning now. If Golson is the best man for the job, let him do it. Kelly clearly wants him to be tougher. He will be tough too if he takes hits every practice and returns punts.

Can we please take a step back. First of all, it isn't like he was named the punt returner. He was mentioned as a possibility (allegedly). Second of all, even if he does get a chance, I doubt they would burn a year of his eligibility unless he was SO GOOD returning punts that it was worth it, in which case I'd be OK with it (however unlikely I find that scenario). Third, even if Golson somehow ended up returning a punt in a game this year, it does not mean Kelly doesn't view him as a potential starting QB. At all.

Maybe, maybe not. He's only a year behind Rees. Kelly may be thinking that Rees is going to be his guy, and that there is someone on the horizon who will be able to step in and play, when Rees leaves.
