'When I got an OSU offer, I was a national recruit. Before, I was getting good offers but it wasn't on this level. It is a top team like Bama and USC'

USC last 5 years:

7-6
10-4
9-4
8-6
10-3

That's OSU and Bama level??? That's not as good as ND over the same period and the Irish threw in a 4-8 to make it close.

Wiltfong was pretty blunt the other day when he said that the OSU offer put ND down another rung in this recruitment. Sounds like PSU and OSU. Which is funny, because earlier in that same thread, Loy posted how this is such a good fit for ND. The family doesn't really care about football, it's all about education. Lol.

Apparently Dad has some sort of pre-existing relationship with Franklin so that, early interest, and location put PSU in the drivers seat.

If you look at it as 'who do they offer', there's no higher praise than a OSU/USC/Bama offer, and yes, USC. USC offers and gets the best - doesn't mean they've been successful on the field.

A Wisconsin offer isn't nearly as 'holy crap' to a kid as an offer to USC, even though Wisconsin has been better at football as of late.

Pre existing relationship with Franklin must be very similar to a Pre existing condition. Hopefully your insurance will cover it. Get treatment.
