Coach Elko is handling his recruitment so that tells me they envision him as a Owusu-Koramoah type player at safety/rover. Currently he's 6-1, 215. He's starting to draw interest from the bigger schools including USC and FSU.

Certainly agree he's not at the top of my list. On film he's physical and plays faster than 5 flat 40 would illustrate. However you can see he's limited athletically. There are other LB targets I'd go after first, but I'll wait and see the story here before passing to much judgment.

The staff clearly doesn't have a great feel for one of the three to throw this offer out. They have no need to reach with the offers they had out and what was already have on board.

So, YES, something has changed in the staff's outlook.

The staff clearly doesn't have a great feel for one of the three to throw this offer out. They have no need to reach with the offers they had out and what was already have on board.

So, YES, something has changed in the staff's outlook.

No it really hasn't. The recruiting process never stops. You always look for more players and the offers are many times conditional. You do realize we'll put out hundreds of offers and only sign maybe 22 or so of them. And again his position will be safety/rover and I certainly trust Elko's eye. Also as I mentioned earlier other top schools are starting to look seriously at this kid. Greg Biggins(scout west analyst) is one of the best on any of the services and he really likes this kid.

Can confirm, easily can put on 20 lbs in 4 months eating there. Just polished off a dipped Big Beef, two tamale boats, onion rings and a chocolate cake shake myself and might have eclipsed 3 hundy for the first time ever. If not, there's always lunch tomorrow.
