Its the Notre Dame 2015 recruiting gameplan, the next step of the plan is to offer right before their commitment date and when they commit try to flip them. It worked last year maybe it will work this year, we shall see.

Sometimes not offering early allows you to jump into the game late and be an immediate top contender. You can't always put all your resources on a long shot recruit, but if you get involved at the right time and turn up the heat then perhaps you can make a jump, crack their top 5, get a commit, etc.

This guy likes to hit and he's patient when watching plays unfold. Normally you see a guy charge through the line hoping to make a big play but he waits before reacting. I really hope the coaches can get in his ear and add him to this class.
