I thought we were looking good for Farrar..

We are, the staff just needs to show him some attention and straight from one of his assistant coaches "he just needs to see it for himself." I take that as meaning, once he sees it they think he'll be good to go. I honestly think this is a slam dunk as long as we don't really mess up his visit. Also, mom is coming and I believe that's so she can sign off on it.

This makes me chuckle because the "48 hours to go" part isn't accurate. For any newbs out there, NSD is the FIRST day a recruit can sign papers. It is not the cutoff.

Haha, true. Although teams do run out of room so unless you're a stud, you the risk of a team not having space for you (actually, who am I kidding...many schools will cut, errrrrrrrr, somehow make room for a player they really want).

Also, he misspelled "3". It's really spelled "2" - Cardinal and Tigers.

Why is it not accurate to his situation? It might not be the final day he can decide, but its the day he chose to announce his decision. So while he indeed could wait to sign, he chose this date as his signing day. He never called it THE cutoff, he called it HIS cutoff.

Well, because I wasn't talking about "his situation." There are plenty of casual followers of recruiting on this board and my post was 100% directed at them, not Reid's tweet. I simply used what he said for my example. Yes, he can wait to sign. Because Wednesday is not a cutoff. If he still hasn't made up his mind, he can push it beyond NSD. That's all I'm saying.
