For the record, all of my friends who weren't from the midwest or northern states said the exact same thing pretty much every day from November to March. South Bend is a pretty terrible place weather-wise. Especially walking to Debartolo for morning classes through the wind tunnel. It's terrible. The sky is almost invariably gray, it's cold, and the ground is either covered in snow or muddy. But that's what makes spring so much more awesome.

My son is in love and he misses her tremendously. No this wasn't probably the best way of showing his emotions on facebook but right now he is going thru alot of emotions and isn't quite sure how to handle them in this type of situation. Love is what this is all about.

Only the southern half of Utah is" temperate"...When you think Northern Utah think Idaho...GSL is in Northern Utah...I will say there are mild winters...alot more of them than I recall in PA...but when the snow gods smile...Look out.
