Was just informed that there is a funeral I will be going to on Saturday at 1:30. It is the father of one of my good friends. His father happened to work at ND his entire life and was a huge ND fan. His message on the phone to me was very clear “We will have the game on. Dad wouldn’t want it any other way”.

I'm going to go with the assumption that the ND staff knew they had the early schedule to be able to cross train the OL, so they did during spring and fall camp.

And now is the time for gelling OTJ training style. When that happens, and barring injuries it will, it'll be 2025 ND defense of type of improvement for the running game.

Looks like I WILL be going to the in-laws 50th anniversary on Saturday. I was informed that I will be making a three hour minimum appearance.

I’ll be radio silent and watching the game on delay.

I will be representing my Knights of Columbus council in a KofC golf tournament for another local council. Tee off is a 1 and I have another ND fan in our foursome. I haven't decided if I will listen to the game via Sirius radio while golfing (Catholic channel 129) or just wait and watch the replay at 11. Thank you to the poster who pointed out that NBC Sports Network will be carrying the game if you have YouTube TV. They will run the replay of the game at 11PM Saturday night.

Lou 11-0
Davie 3-2
Ty 1-2
Weis 4-1
Kelly 6-0
Freeman 2-0

I'd like to think that Lou would've figured out Tiller (5-7 vs ND) and Brees. Two bozos made this a rivalry again after Lou left.

Sirius XM’s Catholic channel broadcasts the ND games?

I just found out that Peacock doesn't have a free 7-day trial.

$19.99

Or.... I could go to Buffalo Wild Wings, watch the game, and spend $75 on food and drinks.

What's a poor boy to do??

Golic Sr is one of the commentators. I use to really like listening to Ryan Harris when he was on.
I loved Harris and Burmeister was fantastic too. I’ve always liked listening to sports on the radio, but the Irish especially due to their great broadcast teams.

Man, though, if you’re a BC fan I cannot imagine the feeling of hearing your biggest rival come on immediately after Saturday prayer hour haha

YouTube TV has a free trial. Going to check and see if that covers the game...
Back-up choice is sports bar. Would not be happy since it would require pants.

Walmart+ allows you to pick your choice of a free Peacock or paramount+(?) membership as a bonus. I think you can change every six months

Buffalo Wild Wings shut down last year.
Wait, WHAT?!
Awww man.
I used to go to (the?) Original in Cleveland's Flats back in the day... cheap, good, fresh, trivia, friendly locals...

*sigh*. Chasing $ ruins everything

Tomorrow we will definitely not be able to waste drives like we did last week. I’m worried about how their offense is going to pick on our defense with the deep ball with us not having one of our starters in. Hopefully this game is like the 2024 game and not like the 2009, 2012, or 2013 games…or *shudder* a loss.

Having beers night before with the buddy I'm attending the game with (along with a couple others and the wife), I mentioned that we are on to our 3rd string FS. He looked giddy.

Made a bet that ND picks off Browne twice.

Don't let me down boys.

I am looking forward to them trying that so that the chance of sacks and picks increase. At the end of the day their chances of beating ND are very low and if they do in fact win ND has no business being in the finals.

Looking for a "get right" game for the rushing attack this game. Purdue is the softest P4 team we've played yet, I want us to really wear them out.

Yeah, no excuse for us to not run for an easy 200 yards, bare minimum. UCLA ran for nearly double that. No excuse, no excuse, no excuse.

Hopefully we play to our potential, beat the piss out of them, & keep the shillelagh trophy at home where it belongs. The injuries have my typical nervous self feeling the same as it always does but worse but hopefully we do what we did the last time we visited Ross-Ade. Go Irish ☘️
