Listed at 200 pounds. I was thinking man he looks pretty jacked. Guess what freaking Jeremiah Smith weighs? 223!

While he didn't show up on the stat sheet, he did take 27 snaps against Navy, outsnapping Pauling (24) and just 4 short of Faison and 6 of Fields.

I'm a bit surprised by that number. I saw him handful of times, but didn't think it was 27.

Well most of the snaps were the last 3 drives

This has nothing to do with what he posted, but ok.
Absolutely does that's why the person didn't notice him in the game. They had 19 snaps over the final two drives so it makes sense. You chiming in has much to do about nothing.

Q: Is there a next step for Cam Williams that you can identify?

“Yeah, I mean, it's consistency. And, he struggled with that, unfortunately, up to this point. And I think he's in a position to turn the corner. And we've tried to support him as much as we can and give him the tools necessary to help push him over the edge. But ultimately, he's got to be the guy that does it.”

“We’ve tried to support him as much as we can” is brutal

On the bright side, this is a NC contender with plenty of bodies in the WR room. If he was hopeless, he wouldn't be getting practice reps with the first unit (which are incredibly valuable).

Not realistic at this point but:

“He’s also a tenacious perimeter blocker,” Crissey explained. “Cam has a great frame and is up to about 190 pounds right now that can still add a lot of good weight. He may even play some defense for us because he is just a physical football player.”

Recently, Prister said something along the lines of "there's a reason why we don't mention Cam Williams."

It really is. But who knows, maybe it all clicks for him, weirder things have happened. The scuttlebutt on him year 1 was that he didn't know the playbook, didn't take things seriously enough, and wasn't good running routes. Also allegedly didn't show consistent hands either. So, lots of room for improvement the past two years.

These are human beings. Young ones. They're not cyborgs with stars next to their names given to them by guys that never went to a prom.
