Honestly, given the current depth in the QB room, I wouldn't mind having a guy who has actually played college football available in a pinch. Though to Veritate's point it's probably a good idea to give practice reps to one of the young guys, for developmental purposes.

II brought up a great point on their latest show. Who's the scout team QB? It can't be your backup. Buchner makes a lot of sense in that role.

There are some people really pissed off about a missed extra point and blame Tyler sadly.

Nevermind the fucking tackle that wasn't called on the last play.
That and the fact that he just plain stinks. Sorry, I don't see the lore you guys give him. I think it's a wasted scholarship honestly but what do I know.

The kid has head issues. Can't figure out in 8 years off and on at Notre Dame what you want to do? Maybe he will figure it out at 35

He has head issues and it’s simply he went to ND, as he committed to. Then his HC and OC left so he followed said OC. OC left again so he went back to ND.

Hardly a head case of decisions by today’s standards of the portal.

ND can have over 105 players, he wouldn’t be taking anyone’s precious spot.

Tyler isn’t the best an by any stretch of the imagination but would it be terrible to keep his as a backup since Minchy transferred?
