NEVER thought he’d come outta the hole turning heads like this. Saw him numerous times and only saw him at CB a couple of plays. They actually matched up a safety prospect who signed with Yale on the opposition’s WR1 and had CT at FS.

What does Christian Gray say about him?
It would be a nice cycle to have for the JR CB who is going to 3&Out point out the freshman who is better than him.
Maybe this year we can do it without the hip injury.

I just don’t see any way we don’t have a top defense this year. I guess we do lose Watt the best defensive player in college football over 2 years (agreed?). Does he leave a massive hole?
Ash is born on 3rd base. Did I say that right?

Seeing Mark Zackery and Dallas Golden ahead of him, plus the 2026 cornerback class coming in, he probably didn't see a great path to playing time.

Beginning to think he probably wanted playing time

Actually that was several times the "fight" that Sanders and Risen put on --- the most embarrassing pathetic exhibition in sport all time.

In all reality though that's probably the perfect example of why it's important to not live off of the portal if you want to actually create a culture of "team" and what not. I can imagine many spring practice sessions across the country have a lot of issues early on like this

Well, "gentlemen", there are a lot more brief punch-outs in football during training camp than some here on IE apparently think.

I know that one of my brothers was talking about dust-ups after practices and said that he had to flatten someone about every week. My other OLine brothers listened to that and nodded ("Lots of explosive testosterone going on, and some loudmouthed idiots.") I got the impression that these things were usually one "O" player and one "D" player "re-living" something from the workouts, and settling it.
