Pretty good report for a guy that was so villified by ND fans in GameDay threads at whatever position he played.

#1 Safety--Mark Barron from Alabama had 61 tackles and 2 interceptions.

#2--Harrison Smith had 90 tackles and no interceptions.

People must really put weight into interceptions.

(Not saying Smith is better but he isn't some underachieving kid either)

How many plays against Alabama got to their secondary?

Alabama's opponents gained on the Tide:

111.5 yards per game passing.

1,449 yards passing on the season.

72.15 yards per game rushing.

938 yards rushing on the season.

So precious few. Precious few.

They're thinking that any publicity is good publicity, and a ridiculous list like this is sure to draw plenty of that. Are we sure this wsn't written by Skip Bayless?

On ESPN Scouts Inc has a stackign of the 2012 NFL draft board. It's pretty neat to look at if you have inside access.

How Scouts Inc.'s 2012 NFL draft board stacks up - ESPN

Floyd is obviously grouped in the first round WR

Jonas is int he 7th round RB (one wonders where he would be if he didn't blow out his knee)

Harrison Smith second round Safety

Robert Blanton fourth round Safety

Flemming 5th round olb

No other ND prospect made the stack groupings.

Jonas Gray is a steal in the 7th round... I really hope he gets a chance to play in the NFL, such a big-talented back is a rare commodity these days.

Coby Fleener just ran a 4.45.

Very impressed. Wanted the Gmen to grab him late in the first but with us getting Bennett I don't see that now.

Ya never know. Bennett never was a spectacular TE in dallas, and his contract with the Gmen is only for one year. He's still a possibility.

I think that the 9ers will take Fleener in the first round. Jim loves his two TE sets and the 9ers have at least 3 WRs now.

I've done 23 reps of 225 before. 18 is not good at all for an OL draft hopeful.

The bench press should be taken out of the combine IMO.....the only time on a football field when your laying on your back and have to push something up off of you is when you get knocked on your *** and the other guy is laying ontop of you because you dont have any leg strength....Ill take 18 reps of 425 squating over 41 reps of 225 benching any day....or even hang cleaning, but that might be to dangerous for potential draft prospects....

The only type of bench that matters for an O-lineman is a close grip incline, and thats only for a punch in pass protection.

How did we not offer Fleener? He went to Joliet Catholic for gods sake.

And he had offers from nowhere, basically. Not Illinois, Northwestern, Michigan, Michigan State, Wisconsin, etc. Literally none of the remotely regional schools offered him.

Harbaugh = genius. At the same time, how the hell did people sleep on a 6'6" player who ran a "4.5" coming out of HS? Even if it was more of a 4.6 that's still completely baller.

South Carolina had their pro day today...Alson Jeffrey weighed in at 213 lbs!Now that is a good diet and workout routine he has. Anyway he ran somewhere in the high 4.4s and low 4.5s.

Kevin Weidl had this to say about his workout:
Jeffery impressive hands and catching radius. Lack of suddenness and burst out of breaks still concerning. Limited route tree vertical wr.
