Tried to go all weekend without looking, but when I got a text saying "Urbans at it again" I knew exactly I'd see "Ohio State Verbal" by Decker's name. What a bummer.

Yes weak... Florida st. does have 5 star talent and beat us with it....Granted our QB problems helped..

I do see your view yes sometimes we have 5 star busts, but not that often in CFB..
Can we agree tho Clemson in a BCS game is good for them......For ND to be at BCS game saves us 5-6 kids... DARBY, GUNNER, ARMSTEAD, SHAQ ETC..

ND needs to move the **** on! This has been in the works for weeks. **** Hinton. Decker will have fun playing for Meyer for 3 years and then Meyer will quit and Decker will be assed out. Go Irish go ND. We will survive and stay strong!

Honestly, the fact that Decker stated just like a week ago that he was solid with ND and then turns around and flips to Ohio State because of position coach is all I need to hear. This kid doesnt belong at ND and we should move on and stop discussing this kid.

I agree with this statement. But the one about us landing Shaq, Kiel, keeping Darby, Decker if we were in a BCS is asinine.

OL is not a priority in this cycle, we loaded up on bigs last year (Prestwood, Hegarty, N Martin, Hanratty, Carrico), plus Lombard, Watt and Z Martin have more than one year of eligibility remaining. Stanley looks promising, and we still have a shot at Garnett.
Every year we lose somebody at the last minute. And most years we snatch another school's commit, here and there.
Every kid that decommits and ends up somewhere else has my sympathy, for all that he is going to miss by not going to ND.
Even without Darby & Decker, this is still a good class.
And I believe that Kelly and Diaco will be at their best in the last two weeks, just like last year.

And people need to stop saying this class is horrible and falling apart. Granted, losing Darby and the above mentioned lineman I won't call by name is tough, but overall we still have some great talent coming like Tee, Greenberry, Mahone and Jones, and we are still in the running with some other great recruits so how about we wait for judgement til the 1st of Feb before we start talking **** about the class.

Yup. I believer Tee Shepard and Sheldon Day are already on campus and ready to crack the books. I like who we have and I like our chances on plenty of those big time recruits still up for grabs. This class looks pretty good to me.

Thank god for tee and Day saving the weekend.
I do feel that putting Tommy turnover out there against fsu set all of this in motion that loss has really hurt us. Like the Sun Bowl win helped last year. But a year later knowing Tommy turnover chokes against good teams. 6 TDs and 13 turnovers
Hopefully we can makeup for the Darby and Taylor loses. I think some of this could have bee stopped by a better decision by bk. Tommys two ints in the end zone has cost us overall.
