Kelly did a great job snagging Golson at the end of last year. This would not shock me.

Then again, a lot of QBs popped up late last year.

beauty of a kid like this is he can be molded into anything that you want him to be. Great talent that I would love to see at ND

Very similar build to Golson. I hope we bring this kid in as an athlete, but if we don't get Gunner I don't want anything keeping us from getting an elite 2013 QB.

He said that he grew up a ND fan, his coach grew up a fan. Its his school colors. He said Everything fits and that The school is unbelievable and The opportunities after college would be endless.

If Gunner Kiel commits to ND then he's not sure if he will make a visit to ND but if Gunner goes elsewhere he is very likely to take a Official to ND.

Went on to say that ND is one of the best academic schools in the country. Said he has heard the campus is unbelievable. Said they have everything you want and they have great players and coaches.

Not sure if I want gunner anymore.

This kid would be a good fit. We have Hendrix and Golson ahead of him. He can come in and redshirt and take a couple years to develop into a better passer and could be a solid replacement down the road after Golson/Hendrix's solid careers at ND (If they live up to the hype we have for them). Obviously I could be getting ahead of myself.
