I'm not surprised that USC could put on an enticing pitch. They obviously do a good job selling themselves - they recruit the best athletes in the country every year. I do feel that if Tee and Deontay made it off of that campus still committed to ND, then they likely came as close as they will to flipping.
Like any other sales pitch where they're trying to sell you something that - deep down - you don't really want, they need to sell you right then. Once you walk away then logic can creep back in and you'll make a rational decision.
I'm sure Kelly & Co. have talked to them since they left USC (pretty sure I read confirmation on that somewhere). If that is the case I feel OK with where we're at. Our guys have proven themselves in the recruiting game. Hell, Tuitt flipped late last year and Kelly got on a plane and talked him back into fold within 24 hours.
