Thanks Whiskey. South Carolina only graduates 32% of their black athletes? Why would any parent let there kid go there?

Because they don't know!

Knowledge is power. Shout it from the rooftops!

UM is, only because of Academics... Or so the rumour has it.

I can easily add Michigan to the comparison on page 4. Do we know of any other schools in serious contention for Diggs?

Question? Why would a highly rated recruit not want to come to Notre Dame. I would state that anyone who could catch like MF would be able to make a sudden imact on this program. This has more than likely been discussed, however, I feel that it need more address than previous mention.

Just to add to the above statement, M. Floyd is and I repeat is the best receiver in the nation. I do not say this from a point of observation, but as a person who has played the position. It would have been beneficial for him to reach for that pass in the fist half of the BC game.

Other WR should take notice to the fact that they could make an impact immediately with this offense. I will not take away from any of the receivers on the roster, however I believe that a MF caliber Receiver may or may not be needed to make a BCS push. Just my humble thoughts.

I'm guessing you thought we would get Ayoola, McNamara, and maybe Kiel?

Early PT is his #1 factor
That wouldn't be a problem. He would have to earn it but he's a stud, the stud of the studs.

DGB, Diggs and Agholor are in a class of there own.

These 3 are off the charts talented, it's the only way I know how to describe how good they really are considering that the likes of Treggs and Greenberry are special playere who are going to be superstar WR's IMO.

The 5 WR's mentioned are IMO the 5 best in this class but the top 3 of DGB, Diggs and Agholor are just on another level and that's saying a lot with the other WR's in this class.

I think Diggs will have a much bigger impact in year 1 than DGB will have. IMO DGB is a much more raw player but has greater potential to become a dominant player as he grows older. Is he an EE? And happy thanksg
I agree. I've been saying for almost a year now that DGB, Diggs and Agholor are in a class of there own but that both Diggs and Agholor as well as a few other freshman WR's in the right system will have a bigger impact early on because as special as he is he's not as polished as some off the other WR's.

I still think it's a long shot of a long shot but if they can get him on campus will go a long way.

Now if they could get him on campus and they could get Gunner to commit then all bets are off because they might just have the recruiting momentum for such a coup of landing an uber special talent like Diggs.

None of this is going to happen without a win over Stanford. The high of beating them is the kind of energy that ND needs and that's when things happen as they did foir ND last year.

So before I even saw him play some RB in that Junior highlight film, I said to myself, "I bet this kid could be one of the best RBs in this class too."

Top 8: Florida, USC, Auburn, UVA, Maryland, Oklahoma, Cal, scUM, with Auburn and Maryland fading.

Apparently mentions two other schools in the Rivals update but can't see it.

SWiltfong247 Olney (Md.) Good Counsel five-star ATH Stefon Diggs makes a change to his top-eight. Diggs trims list to 8, makes change

Article...(freebie)

Olney (Md.) Good Counsel five-star athlete Stefon Diggs has a top eight according to the school.

The 6-foot-1, 190-pound Diggs is still considering Auburn, California, Florida, Maryland, Michigan, Oklahoma, USC and Virginia.

A future U.S. Army All-American, Diggs doesn’t plan on making his college decision until National Signing Day. He just took an unofficial visit to Virginia last Saturday for the Virginia Tech game, and has told 247Sports in the past that California will get his first official visit.

As a senior, Diggs had 36 receptions for 770 yards and eight touchdowns, while also carrying 17 times for 277 yards and three more scores. Just as impressive defensively, Diggs had four interceptions, 10 pass break-ups, forced three fumbles, and blocked a kick.

Other schools that offered Diggs include Georgia, Miami, Notre Dame, Rutgers, South Carolina and Virginia Tech.

Wednesday Morning Edit: Diggs confirmed with 247Sports that he has moved Virginia Tech into his top eight and removed Maryland.

Florida and UVA lead with Cal, scUM, and Oklahoma trailing according to Wiltfong.

Is he still visiting and R we wasting our time if there is no chance?

He was never set for a visit, the staff is still trying to get him on campus to have a shot. If he visits then anything can happen which is why it is hardly a waste of time.

So should ND stop their interest in Neal - Agholor - Payton - Darboh just because we have good WR's aleady???

This kid is starting to show a liiillll interest in ND. So if they could convince him to stop on up to SB that interest could potentially explode and next thing you know you are in the thick of things with the 2nd best WR in the country according to some.
