We should everytime we play them but we don't

Not trying to make excuses but....
2007 Notre Dame fielded one of the worse teams they have every had in their whole history.
2009 Sorry to say was filled with pre madonnas who thought they could walk on the field and win. Hence the reason the Head coach was fired after the year.
2010 Was the first year Kelly had played a option attack, to my recollection, and as this year has shown. Navy vs. South Carolina and Air Force vs. Boise St. Those type of teams are not easy to play. SO if you are ill prepared you will lose.
But last years Army game and this years Air Force game has shown Kelly and Diaco have adapted.
I don't think we have adapted to an option attack at all. Air Force gashed us, if they didn't turn the ball over the game would have been much closer. They could do whatever they wanted. Big long runs non stop. I'm worried this week. I think Navy is really bad this year so it shouldn't be close, but we can turn the ball over with the best of them, so I'm skeptical.
I didn't see it soo....
Navy will be without it's starting QB this weekend.
QB Kris Proctor dislocated his elbow against East Carolina.

This year Navy is down. I see this game being like the games of old.

What?
And there is no excuse for the comical loss to Navy last year. None whatsoever. How does Notre Dame lose to Navy by 18 points? I mean, the corners were giving Navy's wideouts 7-8 yard cushions. I know nothing about the X's and O's of football and even I knew it was a horrible gameplan.
I'm feeling very pessimistic, right now. I'm hoping for 8-4 with a bowl win to make it 9-4.

9-3 with a bowl to make it 10-3!!!!!!!

I love that fact that you are this positive we won't lose again but have you watch stanford at all. They are probably going to kill USC and Luck is going to pick our secondary apart like buzzars eating a road kill.

Navy is reeling with five straight losses, but…— On paper, this should be similar to the 59-33 victory over Air Force. Navy will put up some numbers, but it can’t stop anyone. It is 103rd against the run and 111th in pass efficiency defense.
Still, two of the losses were by one point (Air Force and Rutgers), and two others were by three points, notably 24-21 to top-15 South Carolina. It reminds me a little of the 3-5 UConn team that came to Notre Dame in 2009, with none of the five losses (including 47-45 to Brian Kelly’s BCS Cincinnati team) coming by more than four points. Finally, they broke through against Notre Dame.
Diaco hasn't proven that he can game plan to stuff the option yet. Air Force gained a ton of yards on us, and I won't even mention the Navy debacle. He didn't have a good game plan for USC either. Has he made any good in-game adjustments?
I think Diaco is a great recruiter and has a good connection with the players. This is the game where he proves to me that he has a lick of sense when it comes to scheming for the option. I was also hoping that the last of my concerns about him would be put to rest this weekend, but after USC this year I can't quite trust him against pro style offenses either.
Hopefully Teo grabs all these guys together and give the defense a pump up speech. He needs to bring these guys together. I wouldn't mind seeing have about 20 tackles either.

#NotreDame DC Bob Diaco - "Ethan (Johnson) can't do much right now." ... coming off high ankle sprain.
#NotreDame DE Ethan Johnson: "I feel fine. I'm just improving every day and I'm ready to play."

Nothing is f*cked? So confused -_-
Hopefully Teo grabs an opposing player and actually brings them down.![]()
Quick question for those of you in the know.
I'm coming up early Friday and wanted to attend the Tunnel Tour. For those that have done this, is it normally a large crowd? And are their certain areas to park? It's been a long time since I've been in SB. Thanks.
