His get-off, speed, pad level, strength, and awareness is just outstanding. He looked like he was in high school again.

You could make a case that his pressure on Cousins was the reason the defense held so well. The DB's owe him, big time.

I'm not going to pull a Beano Cook and jinx him, but I see multiple national award potential.

Imagine him, Tuitt and Ishaq coming off the edge in 3 years. Wow.

With Irish Chocolate and Jarron Jones rotating on the inside. Good Lord they will be a force.

Lynch is supremely talented. They shifted him all over the front and every position he flat out dominated in a pass rush situation.

Imagine him, Tuitt and Ishaq coming off the edge in 3 years. Wow.

I was just commenting (to myself) about where in the world was Ishaq...and then he got in at the end of the game and promptly forced the guy to drag him down with his facemask and earned his defense a penalty.

Tuitt was in on a ton of plays, and Lynch...there are no words! All game long I kept saying "F***ING LYNCH!!!"

His first half hit on Cousins that caused the fumble caused butterflies in my stomach. I'm in love. <3

In my opinion, the most important thing this kid brings to the field (besides his raw talent) is swagger. If you watch him play, he brings a swagger that I see in only him, Blanton, Teo, and Slaughter. It gets me fired up like no other.

He was in the backfield on virtually every play he was in.

He was being held on virtually every play too, and he still got to Cousins.
All the replays they showed in the 3rd and 4th he was getting molested. Only way that guy was keeping Cousins alive.

+1 on the swagger

The way those second half drives were disrupted due to his solo pressure, I could be persuaded that he the player of the game.

C'mon, we all felt it -- we were letting them drive down the field when we were up by just 15 -- another meltdown and total pandamonium in ND country.

But this time we had an answer -- Lynch. Before I jump off him, let me also point out how gassed we looked at their no-huddle, but he still manages to make plays. Unbelievable in an 18 year old 265 pounder.

Was great to see our freshmen get pressure on the QB. I've said it b4 but our secondary will look awesome over the next couple of years. Guys like Darby would be crazy to look elsewhere.

Love this kid. Cut through their line like it was made of cheese.

Good to see Mama Lynch at the game again this week.

Lynch,Tuitt, and Niklas are physically gifted for sure. I was at the game today row 8 next to tunnel so i could see these guys up close and wow. I can't imagine what couple more years with Longo will turn out. Niklas is very fast but missed on some assignments but great potential and built like a brick$%# house. Still pinching myself we got these guys.

Lynch had 5 tackles, 1 sack, 1 forced fumble, and 6 QB hurries. No ND player had more than 5 QB hurries last season, and Aaron did it in a single game.

The best part? USC's OL is a sieve. I can't wait for Lynch introduce himself to Barkley. Repeatedly.

Playing against a traditional offense is going to be a joy to watch. This defense is made to dominate offenses that have a drop back QB
