he just needs to wait until he sees the night atmosphere of ND-SC next month. he will immediately commit as he struggles to pick his jaw up off the ground.

god i wish i could be there. why can't i be as good at football as this kid is?

Georgia is one of the nicest colleges in the country, and TONS of hot girls. amazing town... and a comparable football program in the eyes of these 90s kids.

Not to mention that they have a freshman playing that was the Number one back last year and he looks good.

Cierre Wood = 1,200 yards this year. At least we are heading in the right direction under a coach in his 2nd year in the program. UGA is like Clemson. Let Keith Marshall go there if he chooses. They could recruit the top 25 players in the rivals top 100 5 years in a row and still be 7-5, 8-4 in the 5th year. Plus they aren't on the schedule. Would love to have this kid, but one way or another we will get a talented back this year...most likely 2 of them.

Yes Georgia has lost to quality teams and we have lost to average teams. But, Georgia got whipped by Boise State.

I find it weird he would want to go to UGA and be behind Crowell for essentially his first 3 years there. With Aaron Murray showing lots of potential for the passing game, I don't see where KM fits in anytime soon.

If this was the case, this would be a very boring message board.

no it would be a great forum with productive debates... not we suck no were good type of posting... we don't play the game we watch and are ND fans so watch and root for the home team......

About being behind Crowell...

Marshall was interviewed about a week ago and he said something about not wanting to be the only RB. He said he wanted to split carries and keep himself fresh. He's a fan of RB by committee. I have no idea where I heard that and I'm not going to look it up, but I did hear it so tifwiw, lol.

I read Marshall didn't want to the only back in an AJC article sometime back.

Makes sense if he wants to play on Sundays, which I'm sure he does. Guys like Marcus Lattimore (30+ carries a a game) run a high risk for injury.

It wasn't the AJC it from UGASports.com on 9/4/11

What about the presence of Isaiah Crowell? Wouldn’t that scare off any top RB recruit? No, according to Marshall, who explained his perspective to UGASports/Rivals.com: “I do not want to be the only guy. I would love to play with another back because I do not want to take a beating. Especially in the SEC, if you want to have a long pro career, you want to split the carries with someone else. I saw Isaiah Crowell from last year and he is very good. I would like to play with a guy like that.”

I believe Marshall was at the UGA/SCA game this weekend.
