The one and only away game I attended while enrolled as an undergrad was @ Michigan in 2003. The skunkbears crushed us 38-0.

Despite the utter domination, my friends and I were still: (1) mercilessly taunted; (2) physically threatened (3) soaked with beer; (4) and pelted with beer bottles/ cans.

Michigan has the trashiest most classless fan base I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I will never attend another game at the Big House again.

I'd rather see the game against USC this season, but it's close.

I'd wear an unassuming blue shirt and remain fairly quiet in the Big House for this year's game and honestly it wouldn't be that bad. To see Michigan vs. Notre Dame, at night, with throwback uniforms when this game could make or break Notre Dame's season (as far as momentum) and this particular team is so exciting...would be awesome.

I personally will be at the South Florida game and hopefully the Pittsburgh game. So stoked.

When I was in school a kid got sucker punched by a scUM fan at the game. Had to have a bunch of reconstructive surgery.

Ohio State > Michigan >>>> USC as far as fans I've been around for a game. Ohio State fans are just so stupid and loud. Michigan fans are trashy in person, but I give them a slight pass because most alums I know from Michigan aren't half bad. USC fans are rather toothless... all things considered. I got tickets to the '08 game from a high school friend in their band and got to sit in "Trojan Nation" (i.e. the bleacher seats in the end zone) front row in my green Return to Glory shirt. If I did something like that at Michigan or Ohio State I wouldn't have made it out alive. At the Coliseum, I just got some good-hearted razzing. Hell, they even cheered with me when we scored our first field goal.

I am going to both. My roommate from college transfer to Michgan from my school. Most die hard UM fan ever met he is taking me. But i would chose to watch the game with 80,794 of my closest friends, than drive to Ann Arbor Michigan.

Of course I'd love to do ND/SC under the lights but thats not working out...I'm settling for ND/scUM under the lights. It will be cool to see the throwbacks, should be a great atmosphere...hopefully cool to see us shut up some scUM fans this year.

I was really trying to do the ND/Navy game in Ireland...but with the way our dumb@ss governor in Michigan is attacking teachers/insurance/salaries/ doubt I'll be able to afford it...unless our recall effort works! I'll have to settle for ND/Miami in Chi-town, that will still be fun.

I know this discussion is for later, but I'd be game for getting together with any IE tailgaters at the scUMhouse this year and raising some hell...going down with my cousins who are scUM fans -so no interest in tailgating with them lol!
