@MattMiselis: "Just asked a teammate of savon huggins on where he is committing. All he told me was " he is likely going to start right away"."

Huggins has always said he prefers running behind a fullback, but during his visit to the bend Kelly showed different ways he would utilize Savon. He will use pulling guards, tight ends in motion, and many other tactics in order to give Savon a lead blocker. I have stated before that the lure of ND might bring him in. And while i think he is going to either Rutgers or UNC, I have not given up on this kid... or the Irish staff.

Never count out Kelly, especially after this year of recruiting.

If I was betting money, I'd say Rutgers...but I'm hoping ND.

Talk about icing on the cake.

My final guess before crunch time is Rutgers with UNC right behind them and ND trailing big time.

Blah. Wouldn't put stock into that. Of course, I do actually think this guy can start at all 3,day one. (and yes, I know the GOD Cierre Wood plays for us, I've already been crucified on another thread about questioning wood)

But at the same time, it seems like a Savon is goign to learn a lesson if that's what was promised to him. I doubt that Kelly or the Irish staff would use that to reel him in.

Good for him, I hope that he helps Rutgers out. I think we all knew that this was happening anyway. Good Luck Savon, I will be watching you often this year.

Good luck to him, can't say it is a bad choice. Since the Big East is very unpredictable, maybe him and Shuler are what they need to take Rutgers to the next level, of winning the Big East at least

Congratulations to Rutgers, Savon will most definitely make an impact there. My biggest concern about this one is the potential it has to shift Theo back to rb. I would much rather see Riddick continue in the slot, because he adapted so well to the sb position. My hope is that with Wood, Gray, Roberson and McDaniel in the rotation, Molnar and Kelly decide to leave Theo in the slot and utilize him running out of the wildcat now and then.

Unless you have season tickets, how will you do that? I'm not trying to be a wise-*** about it, but I live in Ohio and I can't remember the last time I saw them on TV, unless it was on The Ocho.
