Huggins, who was a team captain at Northern Iowa, had 59 carries for 232 yards and two touchdowns last season.

Based off his own stats at Northern Iowa I wouldn't consider him a hire for the RB position. There is better out there and IE should even know this.

I really don’t know anything about the guy, but simply because he didn’t put up great numbers in college doesn’t mean he doesn’t know how to teach the position. He may be a pretty good motivator as well.
He is coming to speak at a coaches clinic near me. I will bite the bullet and scout him

Holtz was a 5'10" 180lb LB😂😂😂
I’m old, so I remember when Tim Brown won the Heisman. Prior to the award presentation, they interviewed Lou about the Heisman tradition. I distinctly recall him saying, “I went to Kent State. Not only did I want to be the first player from Kent State to win the Heisman, but I also wanted to be the first third teamer because that’s as far as I got.”

Ran track against him in HS. Seemed like a decent dude. No idea how he stacks up as a coach, but I’ll root for him regardless if this is where lands. Heaven knows he’s got the horses to work with.
