The way ND's defense has been playing I'm not really scared of any team (not named Auburn or Oregon). Can't wait for this game. I hope the offense and Tommy can get a good game plan together for this one.

I don't post here often, but I had to get in on this...

Just got off the phone with my Dad (who lives in N. Alabama), and he is flying out here to TX and we are headed to the game. Have tickets in hand...West side, Section 5, Row 65...

As a side note, I think my Dad is good luck for the Irish...he flew up from AL to South Bend for the Utah game...the game where the turnaround started...coincidence?

Looking forward to a great game and seeing the Irish in person again!!

I am really excited for this game. I already told my wife I will probably miss the ball drop and all that. I am off work that day, so drinking will start early. If the Irish play well, I will be celebrating New Year's early and if things don't go well, I will drink until the pain goes away.

The bowl is sold-out, and Miami still have about 3000 left of allotment tickets. Like we anticipated, it's going to be a very Irish friendly environment.
