In such matters the "offending team" isn't "cheating" anyway, they're just making a bonehead mistake, which the referees don't catch. Where's "cheating" come into it?? No bigtime college program can afford to have a deliberate play designed with too many players on the field. The level of insanity of some people beggars the imagination.

had they even looked interested in hitting him at any point in the last drive it'd be plausible...so we take a penalty, and let Hughes take the snap, or line him up tight...same result...only we'd have been kneeling down at the 15 or so.
