This is a huge game for us for recruiting, not just for Ishaq but for 2012 too. We need to close strong, and this kid is a key piece of that puzzle.
Rivals posted something about him setting an anoucement date ( SRY ABOUT THE SPELLING)
Won't that mean he has to leave right away for school since he is an EE?
That means whichever school would have to know before them so they can have a dorm ready right?
Using Notre Dame for the publicity.......he isn't coming.....just stringing ND along b/c it is better for ratings in the AA Game....
Do you have a basis for this? Why would Bama and USC not make his top 3 then? They're high profile teams as well. Quincy Aldridge was using us as leverage. I don't think Ishaq is considering he came here on his own dime in the summer.

You want the pie in the sky dreams have at it......just being realistic here, this is the same BS we see every year, the scouting magazines keep pushing these kids to have ND in their Top 5 b/c it sells subscriptions and web hits which drives what you can charge for advertising.....you see this every year with ND b/c nobody else is a national school and has a huge following. It's good to have dreams.....but the obsession some people get over players is unhealthy........Ishaq is a nice player but the level of competition is suspect....I'd worry more about keeping Truitt and HAggerty, they are the true studs in this class.
I was just going to ask the same question...Honest question: How much better is the level of competition in New Mexico to the New York Metro area?

Will announce at the AA game. His finalists are ND, PSU, and Syracuse. He has already applied for and been approved for EE at all 3 schools so it shouldnt be an issue
I shudder to even think you follow football........but let me educate you since you showed your ignorance.
Hagerty dominated at the combines against some of the top players in the west, he is arguably the #1 Tackle in the class. He put on a clinic against both speed and power rushers, go watch the videos, he just flat out dominated.
Ishaq is a real nice player but he's dominating football in Brooklyn NY.....if I really need to continue, you should turn in your college football fan card.
Thanks for playing.
