Livermore (Calif.) teammates and twins, George Atkinson and Josh Atkinson told themselves before their weekend visit to Notre Dame that if things went well, they would commit to the Irish. By mid-Sunday afternoon, that's exactly what happened.

"They called me around 2 o'clock and said they were ready to commit," George Atkinson Sr., the boys' father, said. "I was very excited and really felt like Notre Dame was the best spot for them this whole time. We had a long talk before they left and discussed whether or not they should commit this early.

"I told them that if they got that vibe while they were there that Notre Dame was the right place for them, go ahead and do it. I feel like you when know a school is right for you, you can just tell. They called and said Notre Dame was it and they could tell it was where they belonged.

I can't remeber where I read it or the link. The brothers were #3 and #5 in the 100m in Cali. Both had faster times than Bennett Jackson.

The present USC can make all the promises they want. They will not be able to fulfill any promise made. They will not be there after this year. The final nail in their coffins will be a loss to ND. F those scumbags!

By the way, you can't spell scum bag with out the U, the S or the C.

Rivals just posted a video (Premium), and this kid is absurd. So fast. Huge pull out of Cali. He and Davaris on the flanks will resemble the Floyd/Tate combo.
