What do you eat/drink while watching sports?

Share some of your favorite snacks and beverages while watching a big game. Could be homemade stuff or shit you just buy.

Drinks
1. Miller Lite
2. Red Stripe
3. Johnny Walker Black on the rocks (needed if ND loses)

Food
1. Fritos w/ sriracha hot sauce
2. Monterey chimichangas (those things are addictive)
3. Anything grilled, especially rib tips

I also like to watch the game at Buffalo Wild Wings cuz they got dem hot wangs.

Purposely paying .50 more for anything (usually hot chocolate late in the season or soda early) at ND stadium to get my change in half dollars. And the burgers from the residence halls, my favorite was from last year at the Nevada game, a freshman was tied to a tree and was not to be untied until they sold out, got a few pics, then left a tip in a small bowl tied to his forehead.

Depends on the situation. If I am at the FSU tailgate, I stay at the trucks during the game (I don't care about FSU football) and stay sober. I don't like to get drunk during ND games because I want to enjoy the game. If they're not playing I'll drink whatever is cheap or free.

On a side note: I watched a program on the Travel Channel about the best bar foods. A dish I'd like to try is Irish nachos. If I remember correctly, they were first made at J. Gilligan's in Arlington, Tx. If anyone has a recipe for them, please post it. I always like to try something different.

I agree I don't usually drink during ND games...But after a game like the SCUM game or U$C game last year all bets are off.

Guinness at the beginning of each game then switch to Lites at halftime.

Grill something at halftime. Ribs, Steak, Grouper, or Shrimp. Sometimes Crab Cakes.

I don't drink too much during day games, but any night game, watch out now.

Some type of awesome Egg Sandwich first thing to get rollin/feel better from Friday night. Busch Lights/Guinness during, throughout and after if we are doing well, Jameson/Crown/Seagrams 7/Ten High if we get beat. Usually cook something I have marinated on the grill, but if worried about timing take out wings from Johnny's down the street...double dipped and crispy, the best.

During Irish games I start with Miller lite, if we aren't doing so well, I switch to Whiskey and get enclosed in a glass of negative emotion. LOL

As for food, I usually go with Chicken, Steaks and Brauts on the grill....yep you can grill in Texas year around.
