According to Rivals - he has hired a speed coach to help him work on his top end speed, which is really the only criticism he's received from scouts. Should be a stud.

Awesome. One down, now add a couple FL boys within the week and it's a banner week for Kelly Green and the Irish!

Welcome aboard Justice!

NICE. We are in good shape to get to 15 before practice even starts...with our record the last 3 years and a new coach...impressive. Welcome Justice

I looked at one .... and they were pretty much resigned to this fate earlier. No big surprise to anyone that he chose the Irish.

Of course like all fans, they are trying to convince themselves that the recent MSU running back commit is better anyhow. LOL

i love AA,but we really havnt had a dynamic running back since darius walker left us early.
this kid sounds a lot like him, and im very excited to see him on our team.

Justice is going to a very versatile player. His agility is tremendous. His entire highlight film is filled with Chris Berman WHOOP!'s.

IrishIllustrated.com - Hayes commits to Irish challenge

Steve Hare

7/30

He's been Irish for 2 weeks. Told the coaches he wanted to wait for his press conference.

On academics:
"I used to be a knucklehead. I matured a lot and learned a lot of things. I've seen a lot of things and now I just know what not to do ... I knew I wanted an education but I was fumbling between education and having fun, but ultimately I wanted to take on that challenge of getting a great education and setting myself up for the future."

On Kelly's Offense:
"We run the same exact offense ... I watched some of their spring game and saw the same stuff we do at high school. The same things I perfect now I can do at Notre Dame."

On Humility:
"It's safe to say I have the best hands in high school. I actually put that on Facebook that I have a great pair of hands ... I can do a lot of things with my body too and that's going to help me out when I step on campus."

"I may not be the fastest kid but I'm fast and I'm working on it ... I've been hearing those doubters saying, 'oh, he's not that fast.' That hurts. It hurts. I've been working a lot."

His trainer has already modified his running motion. Get the stop watches out.

I don't know how his live interviews are but his quotes in this interview remind me of Darius Walker. If he plays like Darius I'll be pleased. Darius did well in at ND without an afterburner. He would have done even better in a Kelly style offense.

I watched the video on Rivals, he seemed like a very happy, excited teenager with his head on straight.

Finally we get a true RB out of high school, this kid has the potential to be a HUGE boost the the ND offense in 2011 or 2012

Rivals has him listed the highest of scout, rivals, and ESPN. Max Preps had him as there 59th best player right after Aaron Lynch who is sitting at 60th.
