At the very least they should have replayed the down because the side judge came in waiving incomplete before that was recovered.

That was a horrible reversal. Just a disgusting display of home cooking. Refs took center stage tonight. That being said, it took ND 3 qtrs to figure out how to best attack Pitt's defense and they were spotted a 27-9 advantage. The refs shouldn't get all the credit for this one.
