...At least that's what everyone is saying.

Apparently, beating a MAC team with one legitimate player is more impressive than shutting out an offense with 3 1,000 yard rushers that gained over 500 yards a game last year.

Jesus, this is getting ridiculous. I want Clausen and company to put up 50+ on the Wolverines and shut up their psycho fans.

As I said in a different thread, the players and our true fans know what this team is made of. They'll handle their business Saturday. Then we'll hear about how we haven't beat MSU in ND Stadium in a decade. Then how Danny Hope has breathed new life into the Boilers. Then how Steve Sarkisian has resurrected the Huskies. Bye week to trash us some more. Then how the ND front 7 have no answers for the speed of Joe McKnight, and that Matt Barkley will become a star on our turf.

All interesting statements? Yes. Accurate? Perhaps. Until we show the world, the crap talk will continue. We know the end is near. Oh yes, the end is near. I hear the echoes.

"Take your shots now..."

who are these 'everyones', I believe the line is anywhere to 5.5 to 6.5 in favor of ND. You must really live around some U of M homers because most sane fans are thinking we'll have a 6-7 win season and desperately want ONE win over a rival (ND, PSU, MSU, osu) and are happy about that thought.

The media is dieing to tear down ND. It's what most people want to hear, since they hate ND. We will keep winning and make them STFU.

CTF has a MAJOR hatred for Michigan. This was his 1,246th Michigan thread he has started in the last 2 weeks.

CTF, no more new Michigan threads bro. Just put all your thoughts and hatred into one of the other million threads you already started LOL.

How are you getting in the student section? I thought students came entered through one gate and needed ID. Does just a borrowed ticket suffice?

You can get students to validate the ticket before game days for like $20 or something. I'll be in section5, in the nose bleeds.

Yes you need an ID. I could get it validated for $25, but I'm just going to use a friends student ID. I'm thinking about venturing over to the ND section at some point during the game. I did last time ND played in Ann Arbor and it was fine with everyone.

You lived in Wyoming? My step mother grew up there and attended Rogers High School and my step sisters attended Wyoming Park up until my dad married my step mom and they moved out into Ada. But, as far as NDOM, I have never met him although we live about five miles away..

I don't get it. On Sunday morning, after watching the ND game again and the Michigan game, I thought there was no chance ND would lose. In fact, I thought ND would blow them out. Their defense isn't a ton better than last year. And their offense is better because they didn't turn the ball over every single time. Michigan won but Western Michigan looked really bad though. They were throwing into coverage, fumbling the ball, and not tackling.

And ND is actually better in a lot of ways from last year . AND ND won 35 to 0 even though some individual players looked rusty.

Even with that said, I fell into the ESPN hype and now I am expecting this one to be tight. Honestly, the only thing I am worried about is Graham (or I guess anyone for that matter, I was just naming the likely suspect) getting to Clausen. If Clausen stays clean, there will be NO QUESTION about the outcome of this game.

I am with you on this one. I was comfortable at the beginning of the week. But so many "experts" and I use that term loosely, are picking Michigan. And unfortunately I am buying into it, and I am really nervous now.

+1. Exactly. i has this game at it's CLOSEST a 10 point victory, but really not even that close. That win over WM (hey, before the game, everyone was saying how great WM and how they could upset Mich. No, all ND fans are trying to put WM down, just like EVERYONE is trying to do with our Nevada win. So I'm giving Mich credit) plus the hype their getting about how improved they are has me worried all of a sudden.

But rationally, we simmply have better, more experienced players almost across the board. Yes, Mich has some players, and if DickRod is given a chance he'll get more players in there that suit his system, but I just don't see this year as their time yet. ND should win by 10.................right? LOL

I know Rogers High. Right across the street from Studio 28 (RIP). I went to Grandville. We played Wyoming Park relatively regularly in out-of-conference games for hoops and football.

Ada Park was classic as a kid. Loved going out there.

I think they're overhyping this game.

Overhype is exactly what we need. We need a solid victory to vault us up the polls. Then we need Michigan to have a nice season to improve our SOS.

I only found 3 articles covering ND-Michigan predicitions over at ESPN. All of them have ND winning. One by 7, one by 4 and the other by 3 points. I haven't been able to watch any of the College Football Live shows so I don't know what they're saying, but online they seem to be giving ND the edge because of experience.

If you watch the "Keys to the Game" on ESPN, the expert said the following line. I shit you not.

"I like Michigan's O. They are catching snaps and not fumbling. That being said, I think they can expose ND's front seven."

Congrats. You can hold onto a fucking football.

Hahhahahaa.

Well, let's see if Forcier can hold onto the ball when Brian Smith is planting his tiny ass into the ground.
