Lo Wood will get a lot of attention from the coaches in the off-season. He will be a bigger part of the defensive scheme next year without a doubt. We're gonna miss Blanton next year.

I don't think Wood starts next year. I think Tee starts at field corner and Jalen starts at boundary corner. Just an outside guess, and maybe a wish.

Rumor for now and it may just be absolute garbage, but I figured I would post. Because as you know, where there is smoke.

If it's true that wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing, the guys that would transfer would be guys who aren't getting any PT anyway. That would open up schollies for other great players.

That makes perfect sense. I didn't see Lo play in the Champ sports bowl, the 3rd corner in was Jackson and that's usually where Lo plays.

I wonder what soured Lo?

That would suck for the young man because he is a really good kid who came to ND for the right reasons. His dad is also one of my favorite fathers I've read about because he put his entire life on the backburner to get his son out of the ghetto.

Having said that, I can see why he'd want to transfer. Bennett Jackson was on the field a TON in the bowl game, and I never saw Lo. We're not at practice, but it could be that Josh Atkinson and Josh Brown are outperforming in, plus we have some stud DBs coming in.

Like I said though, I hope he sticks b/c I like the kid...
