Awful.
I'm doing my best to make the pivot from ESPN to CBS Sports as my sports go-to since last December. But their articles are pure jibberish like this and their mobile site UI/UX is brutal and a landmine of ads.

Has anyone found a daily sports world headlines and scores site they like?

Here's your chance, @mods

Yahoo Sports isn't terrible but its not perfect, either. I like their app and the CFE pod with Godfrey, Staples and Dellenger is pretty great.

I'll give it some run. I've always liked Godfrey. Staples was hit and miss for me at the Athletic, even before Ari.

And apologies for the derail (mods feel free to move if needed), but same day as i was trashing CBS Sports' articles, this one was dope. Haven't watched more than 5 minutes of Oregon State this year, was a cool story to read:

Oregon State freshman receiver

Notre dame isn’t hurting for money so it’s not a big deal but Swarbrick really botched the shoe deal. Though to be fair, there could be non cash benefits that aren’t disclosed

Wasn't the 2024 extension signed off on by Bevacqua?

[ab2cmiller]

The Oregon number is kind of shocking to me.

Doesn't Jack's son work for the company?

[NDFAN2008]

I'm assuming ND's next deal will be in the 30-35 million per year range, zero reason why GT should be getting more money from UA than ND

Deal was signed in August 2023 while Jack was still AD. Pete took over in early 2024.

Doesn't Jack's son work for the company?

Yes, and his daughter works at Peacock.

Huh. Interesting.

I’m sure this doesn’t include the money players get from these companies for NIL. ND players seem to do well in that department.

Love seeing NBC promote ND.

Iirc, the #1 on Grace (my dorm) got lit when we were BOTH #1 in the polls and in grad rate.

Also...
Does this ESPN chart suggest the NCG is currently expected to be ND-UGA and we have a slight edge to win?

[NDPhilly]

This is the first time in its history that we’ve been number one in FPI. What a time to be a ND fan.
